  If you want a solicitor with helpful personal service then go somewhere else. I have been amazed at how unhelpful they have been, the time it's taken for my house sale to go through, months instead of 6 weeks. refusing to speak to me on the phone, and as others have stated in their reviews have taken addition fees including abortive costs. They were recommended to me via Humberstone homes but I have told them never to recommend them to anyone else.
